Router executes cut program — typically 1–3 hours per full 4×8 ft sheet depending on complexity.
Cut edges cleaned, flame-polished (acrylic) or sanded for a production-ready finish.

Common Questions
DXF (preferred), AI (Adobe Illustrator), CorelDraw CDR, and PDF. All artwork must be converted to vector outlines.
Our CNC router handles sheets up to 4×8 feet (1220mm × 2440mm). Larger components are cut in sections and joined.
For acrylic and PVC, letters as small as 15mm height can be cleanly cut. Minimum 25mm recommended for structural integrity.
Yes — we accept CNC cutting jobs from other fabricators, agencies, and designers. Call us with your material and quantity.
