Nearly every sign we make is a built-up letter or logo. What changes from job to job is the material it is cut from and how the light reaches it — so those are the only two choices you need to make. We quote the combination you pick.

Made from

AcrylicCast and extruded, laser-cut with flame-polished edges. Every colour, and the usual choice when the letter has to glow.

Stainless steelBrushed, mirror or PVD gold. It holds its finish outdoors for years, which is why facades use it.

ACP & aluminiumRouted and folded composite — the economical way to go large without the weight.

BrassSolid or plated, for heritage buildings and hotel work where the metal itself is the statement.

Lit by

FrontlitLight through the face. The brightest, and the one that reads from furthest away.

Backlit — haloLEDs behind the letter, glowing onto the wall. Softer, and the look most offices ask for.

Face and haloLit through the face and from behind at once, for a sign that has to work by day and by night.

UnlitSolid letters read by the building’s own light — the quietest option, and the least to maintain.

What materials are available for 3D letters?

We work in stainless steel (brushed/mirror), acrylic (all colours), brass-finish metal, aluminium, high-density foam, and PVC.

Can 3D letters be illuminated?

Yes. We offer front-lit channel letters (light through the face) and halo-lit letters (LED behind, glowing onto the wall).

What size range can you produce?

From 3 inches (door nameplates) to 6+ feet (building facades). No practical upper limit for custom large-format work.

How are 3D letters fixed to the wall?

We use stud mounting, VHB tape, or bracket systems depending on wall type. All fixings are concealed.

Do you fabricate 3D logos as well as letters?

Yes — full 3D logo cutouts in metal and acrylic, including brand marks, icons, and mascot elements.

What is the difference between backlit and frontlit signs?

Backlit signs have the light source behind a face panel. Frontlit (channel letter) signs have LEDs inside letter bodies, illuminating the front face of each letter.

What is the difference between acrylic and ACP?

Acrylic is a solid transparent/coloured plastic used for 3D letters and illuminated signs. ACP is an aluminium composite panel used for flat sign boards and cladding.

What stainless steel finishes are available?

Brushed (satin), mirror-polish, matte, hairline, and PVD-coated finishes (gold, rose gold, black, bronze).

How long do LEDs last in outdoor signs?

Our LED modules are rated for 50,000+ hours — approximately 11 years at 12 hours per day.

Do you provide a warranty on LED signs?

Yes. LED modules and drivers carry a minimum 5-year warranty on project installations. Exact terms by project type.

Do you handle the electrical connection?

Yes — full electrical installation including wiring to switchboard, by qualified electricians.
