We typically use 3mm–12mm sheets depending on letter size and application. Thicker sheets for larger letters and outdoor use.
Yes, with UV-stabilised acrylic and appropriate sealing. For long-term outdoor use, ACP or SS are more durable alternatives.
Yes. We match to Pantone, RAL, and HEX references using coloured acrylic sheets, vinyl, or UV printing.
Acrylic is a solid transparent/coloured plastic used for 3D letters and illuminated signs. ACP is an aluminium composite panel used for flat sign boards and cladding.
We use internal LED strips for backlit letter boxes, and LED edge-lighting for transparent acrylic panels.
